LessonLink pricing starts at $49/month for the Essentials base plan, $99/month for Essentials + AI Assistant, with seven optional add-ons available à la carte: Private Lessons is free, and the rest start at $15/month.

Essentials + AI Assistant is $99/month and adds the AI Assistant across the gym portal. Private Lessons is a free add-on. The other optional add-ons (SMS Messaging, Time Clock & Payroll Reporting, Travel & Competition, Tryout & Team Placement, Pro-Shop, and additional locations) range from $15-$50/month each. Private Lessons.

Private Lessons is built specifically for how privates work in cheer. Your coaches run their own private-lesson businesses inside your gym — their own lesson types, prices, availability, and clients. Families book an open time online or in the LessonLink Go app. Card payments pay out to the coach’s own account, and cash lessons can be tracked alongside them.

Your gym stays in control. You choose which locations and coaches offer private lessons, set a facility fee per lesson or by lesson length, require a waiver, and see every lesson on one calendar.

Private Lessons is a free add-on for your gym. A LessonLink platform fee applies to private lessons booked by card — the rate is negotiable, and each coach chooses whether the family or the coach covers it. That fee applies only to private-lesson card bookings. It is not charged on any of your gym’s other transactions.
