Attendance.
For programs that require attendance, coaches mark each athlete present, late, or absent right from the portal. The roll flows into your gym’s enrollment and attendance reporting — no separate spreadsheet, no end-of-week reconciliation.

Every athlete the coach works with, in one place. Tap into a profile to see contact info, team history, and intent (Classes Only vs Teams).
Messaging.
Coaches send and receive messages directly from the portal — 1-on-1 with families, group chats with teams or classes. Conversation history stays visible to gym admins so governance and oversight stay intact.
Time Clock (with the Time Clock add-on).
When your gym has the Time Clock & Payroll Reporting add-on enabled ($15/month), coaches clock in and out from inside the portal. Hours flow straight to your gym’s Time Tracking module for admin review and export.
