Each LessonLink location runs as its own independent operation with its own schedule, rooms, tags, announcements, billing, and Stripe Connect account. Login, program categories, schedule categories, and family records are shared at the gym level — one account switches between locations from the header. One location is included with every plan; additional locations are $25/month each.

The location switcher lives in the top of every page. Click, switch, done. Admins see the locations they have access to. Families see the locations they're enrolled at. Staff see the locations they work at.

We deliberately keep billing scoped to the location to separate concerns and avoid confusion. If a family has athletes at two locations, the balances stay separate — they switch locations in their account to see each one.
